7 Problems and how to solve them

Problem	Solution
The lamp on the mains plug does not work.	In brightly lit rooms, it can be difficult to see whether the lamp is on or not. Shade the lamp with your hand to check, whether it is working properly. The socket may be defect. Please connect the unit to another socket or check whether the socket in question is working properly.
The green control lamp ( I ) does not work.	In brightly lit rooms, it can be difficult to see whether the lamp is on or not. Shade the lamp with your hand to check, whether it is working properly. The unit is not connected properly. Check the connection between the mains cable and the unit. The unit is not switched on. Turn the control knob to the value 1 and switch on the unit via the foot switch.
The orange error lamp is on.	In case of a functional error, the output current of the unit will automatically be cut off and the orange lamp will give light. Switch off the unit and switch it on again. If the error lamp is still alight, please contact the Customer Service.
The LCD-display shows 0 mA.	The LCD-display shows a positive value only when the electric circuit is closed. If no current flow is indicated during the treatment, check the connection between the mains cable and the unit as well as the electrode connections. If there isn’t a positive value, if all connections are correct, please contact the Customer Service.
Current intensity is not sensible.	Check the connections and the function of the unit (see above).
